    Whole-listic eating 325

    8 oz Love

    1 bunch of kale greens cut fine (pulp from the juicer works fine)

    2 chayote squash diced

    1/2 red and green peppers chopped

    1 medium yellow onion chopped fine

    1 pinch of African red pepper

    3 tbs olive oil

    1 Tb sea/rock salt or Flava from the Himalayas #3

    1 Tsp each of thyme, basil, and marjoram

    1/4 cup Seamoss Plus

    Spring Water

    Kamut Flour

    Putting it all Together;

    -heat skillet with 3 tbs olive oil

    -add onion, bell pepper, chayote squash, spices and sauté 2-3 minutes

    -add broccoli and kale simmer 10-12 minutes

     

    Preparation for Kamut flour:

     

    -mix seamoss with enough flour and water to make a dough

    -roll out on floured board cut into 10″ diameter circles

    -place cooked vegetables 1/2 of circle

    -fold other half to cover the vegetables

    -use a fork to pinch the edges closed

    -place patties on lightly greased baking sheet and bake 20-30 minutes or until golden brown

  • Kamut Porridge

    Whole-listic eating 345

    8 oz Love

    4 cups of nut milk

    1/3 cup chopped walnuts

    2 cups of water

    1 1/2 cup of Whole-listic Native Grain Porridge or kamut flour

    1 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract

    1 cup of maple crystals or 2/3 cup maple syrup

    1/2 tsp of ground clove

     

    Putting it all Together:

    Add all ingredients to water except maple and walnuts. Stir until smooth and let simmer on med/low heat, covered, 20-30 minutes, remove from heat and serve hot or warm

  • Jet Fuel (Juice)

    ½ seeded watermelon, cut for juicer

    ½ cantaloupe cut

    ½ honeydew or Crenshaw melon cut

    1 whole heart of Love

    Putting it together:

    Juice all melons and add to ½ gallon mason jars, mixing evenly. Shake well, and serve chilled. (You may want to cut your melons first then let them chill in fridge until you’re ready to juice them. This method will make the juice cold immediately)

    Will keep in sealed mason jar refrigerated for 2-4 days.

  • Hot Veggie Wrap

    8 oz Love

    3 cups diced tomatoes

    2 cups onion

    2 cups finely chopped kale

    1 cup of diced bell peppers

    1/2 cup of oyster mushrooms chopped

    1 cup cooked grain (optional)

    2 tbs Flava from the Himalayas #2

    ½ cup small cubed cucumber

    1/2 med avocado sliced thin

    Putting it all Together:

    Stir fry all vegetables for 5 minutes then add cucumbers and avocado

    Warm spelt tortilla, your favorite leafy green (kale, romaine, etc) or nori roll

    Put together and enjoy! (The spicy tahini sauce goes well as a topping or dip for rolls)

  • Kamut Currant Pancakes

    Whole-listic eating 154

    8 oz Love

    2 cups Native Grain Waffle  Mix or both 1 cups of Kamut flour & 1 cup of Spelt flour

    2/3 cup of chopped medjool dates (soaked in 1/3 cup water blended)

    2 tsp of vanilla extract

    1 2/3 tsp of seamoss powder

    1 1/2 cup of walnut milk

    1/4 cup of currants or seeded raisins (optional)

     

    Putting it all Together:

     

    Mix seamoss with 1 teaspoon hot water and mix well

    Mix flour and seamoss mixture in a bowl

    Add currants, vanilla extract, and date mixture

    Stir in milk

    Pour into heated pan with 1 Tb coconut oil and cook evenly on both sides
