    IMG_9387When I first started the diet and therapy program I wasn’t suffering from any type of chronic conditions or had any type of health issues, I was actually already in pretty good shape. I like to cleanse at least 1 to 2 times a year just as a precautionary measure, which is something that I’ve done for the past 7 or 8 years. What I noticed almost immediately was that my energy levels went off the charts; endurance, stamina, libido, focus, etc. I also noticed that my stiff hip that had plagued me off and on for several years wasn’t stiff anymore. That was over two years ago. I’ve embraced the lifestyle as a whole and I look, feel, and am in better health at 45 than I was at 25. It has literally been the single best move I’ve made in my adult life.
